One-on-One Yoga & Breathwork, Tailored to You

Receive one-on-one support guided by where you are and what you need — whether we’re working together online, in your home, or in another supportive space.

This work is not about mastering postures or pushing toward goals. Instead, sessions are slow, accessible, and shaped around your nervous system, your body, and your capacity in the moment. We may focus on gentle movement, breathwork, rest, or a combination of all three — always with choice and care.

If you’re interested in practicing with others, I also offer small group sessions for friends, families, workplaces, and special events. These experiences are thoughtfully designed to feel grounding, inclusive, and supportive — meeting people exactly where they are.

I generally recommend starting with a minimum of three sessions to allow space for continuity and integration, though you’re also welcome to begin with a single session if that feels like the right place to start. Session packages are available.

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are subject to the full session fee.

If you’re interested in group sessions or special events, you can mention this in the form as well. Group session tickets are non-refundable.
