Hi! I'm Christine

I’m a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, postpartum doula, and mom of two — and like many of the people I work with, I know what it feels like to carry a lot.

My work is rooted in the belief that we don’t need to push, fix, or override our bodies to feel better. Instead, healing and regulation happen when we slow down, listen, and work with the nervous system rather than against it.

I offer slow, accessible yoga and science-based breathwork to support overwhelmed humans through seasons of stress, transition, pregnancy, and postpartum. My approach is gentle and permission-based, grounded in nervous system care — with space to rest, adapt, or simply breathe.

I didn’t always move slowly

When my children were young, I worked in a corporate environment while navigating the demands of motherhood. I spent years juggling professional responsibilities, caregiving, and the quiet pressure to keep everything moving forward — often putting my own needs last.

Motherhood, combined with my work as a doula and yoga teacher, deepened my understanding of how stress, early experiences, and long-term overwhelm live in the body. It also showed me how essential safety, gentleness, and nervous system support truly are — not just during pregnancy and postpartum, but throughout life.

This understanding is what shapes the way I teach today.

My Approach

I offer slow, accessible yoga and science-based breathwork to support people during times of stress, transition, pregnancy, and postpartum. My approach is gentle, permission-based, and rooted in nervous system care. It weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional attention to support regulation, clarity, and resilience.

This work emphasizes sustainable self-care rather than performance or outcomes, and is guided with care and adaptability — allowing each person to engage in ways that feel supportive, accessible, and aligned with their needs. It is supported by professional training in breathwork and mindful movement, and continues to shape the way I guide others today.

This work is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin

  • You’ve tried yoga or wellness practices before and felt they were “too much”

  • You’re craving gentle movement without pressure or performance

  • You want nervous system support, not another thing to push through

  • You’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or a journey of major change and need care that feels supportive and safe

Heart

Whether you’re joining me for one-on-one sessions, recorded practices in the online studio, or guided courses, you’ll find a slower, kinder approach that meets you where you are.
